Accepting the offer of Mr. Wednesday Shadow finds himself in a mysterious world where the old Gods fear that the New Gods of science and technology are taking over the world. The Old Gods get united and make a grand plan to fight this threat, as Old Gods refuse to give in to the New Gods.
